What is your order cutoff time?

Our daily order cutoff time is 19:00 (GMT+0). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

How long does it take to process and deliver my order?

Order Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
Transit Time: 4–7 business days (Monday–Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

What is your return policy?

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

How can I return a product?

Returns can be made by mail. Please contact our support team at  support@kitchley.co.uk before sending your item back to receive the return instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
If an error was made on our part, Kitchley will cover the return shipping costs.

Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
