• Clearpay: Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit so you can pay for your purchase over 4 installments, due every 2 weeks. Ensure you can make repayments on time. Late fees are capped at £6 for orders under £24 and the lower of £24 or 25% of the order value for orders over £24. Delivery of large and bulky items

Where available, you will get an email with delivery tracking code as soon as the order is ready for dispatch. If a confirmed date isn't available for certain items, our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Home Delivery

Standard Delivery: FREE - Expected delivery within 5 days to 3 weeks.

All deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 7am and 7pm, excluding bank holidays.

Returns

Returns of large and bulky items are free under our 30 day approval guarantee.

You can arrange a return by home collection through emailing our support email support@kitchley.co.uk, you will then be contacted within 3 days to choose an agreed collection date to suit you.
